Terms of Services

GENERAL
☆ It is possible that I will refuse the order if your order is not within my capabilities or I'm not comfortable with it
☆ I will draw you character in my style

PAYMENTS
☆ The payment must require in upfront and complete through Vgen or Ko-fi
☆ Refunds cannot be requested (unless I unable to finish the commission)REVISIONS
☆ Minor revisions (e.g small details, expressions,...) are only allowed 3 times on the sketch process and 2 times on the rendering process, more than that will incur additional fees
☆ Major revisions (e.g poses, outfit,...) are only allowed once on the sketch process
☆ Mistakes from me it will be revised for free
☆ I won't accept making any revisions to the final product
☆ For skeb/surprise me, there will be no updates or revision provided, so make sure you include all the details and references with your initial request!DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
☆ The commission can take up 1 week to 3 months for the completion depending on my situation (e.g, ill) and the difficult of the character
☆ Commissions that have certain deadlines will be required for priority fee

RIGHTS
☆ As the artist, I have the right to use the artwork to be uploaded to my social media and my portfolio (unless privacy is requested)
☆ Please credit me as the artist with proper when you upload the commission to any of your social media platforms
☆ Some of the commissions are only for personal use (unless commercial use is requested)
☆ Please don't editing my artworks in any purpose without stating somewhere that you changed it
☆ Using my artworks in NTFs, crypto currency, or for any AI related is prohibitedCOMMUNICATION
☆ Communication can be through Vgen DMs
☆ I will sent you the sketch for approval
☆ If you have any inquiries about the commission feel free to contact me!
